I was pretty good at judging what reunion activities I'd like and what would be overkill. So Sunday, instead of going to the "family barbeque", I picked up my high school friend Chris and we headed over to Emily's house for a couple of hours. After I dropped Chris back at home I hit the Mass Pike to drive back to NY (making it my 3rd time in a week driving this route). It started ridiculously pouring - heavy, summer humid downpours that followed me for a distance. Everyone creeped along together and I didn't see any accidents. (yes I know it probably wasn't smart to take a photo at this time, but I was bored driving at 25mph!)
