August 17: Planning

Tonight, we had a private birth class and a birth planning session with one of our Doulas, Lauren. (the other was attending a birth). It was kind of long, but really good not only to refresh the material in person but to make a connection and talk through the idea of labor and birth with two of the folks that are going to be there with me through it.
