April 18: Sheep
In keeping with our want to explore more of the historic sites in Westchester, we went to Philipsburg Manor for the "Sheep to Shawl" spring event. They had herding demonstrations with sheep dogs, wool picking/spinning/dying/weaving, and sheep shearing. This poor dude was a little more than bummed at how his Sunday turned out. It was a really fun morning for us humans, though!

Would you consider this place to be "kid friendly"? The description sounds very neat, but the photo....a little less so....
